BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- (AP) - An Alabama defense attorney who has worked on more than 60 capital murder cases has written a new book questioning what he calls the flaws in the death penalty.
Richard Jaffe details many of the cases in his long career and says he hopes it will invite people to question the death penalty system.
