    (ANI)

London, July 23 : A woman from Ecuador is auctioning her virginity on the Internet to raise money for vital treatment for her mother who suffers from Alzheimer's.

Up till now Evelyn Duenos, 28, has received bids topping 2 million pounds.

In order to prove that she's virgin, Evelyn, a brunette, says she will produce a medical document, reports The Sun.

Evelyn, who lives in Spain, wants to spend the money on paying for her mother's treatment and completing a course as a medical student.

She says the wage she earns as a home help in Valencia is not sufficient to do that.

The auction comes after Romanian teen Alina Percea put her virginity on sale on the web in March.

She eventually accepted a bid of only 8,782 pounds.
